This Cookie Notice applies to Bullish (GI) Limited and its affiliates, which you have a contract with or which provide services to you, (collectively or individually, as applicable, referred to as “Bullish”, “Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”) and the Bullish websites and applications at or linked to from bullish.com (“Websites”). A “Web Beacon” (also called a “pixel tag” or “clear GIF”) is a piece of computer code that enables us to monitor user activity and website traffic or know when a user has opened or interacted with an email.

When you receive Emails sent by a third-party service provider that provides services to us, our Cookie Notice and Privacy Notice will also apply to those Emails.
